There has been one of these hooks for sale at
a car boot sale in Chelmsford for months and
both me and boyfriend had no idea what this

Ok, lets make a Banana Milk Shake.....
Take two bananas (dark spot type)
2 cups of milk (you can add more milk if
you want to thinner)
2 tablespoons of sugar (splenda do it ok)
1 cup of vanilla ice cream
Blend in high speed
and..........................................
